Take the Chikushi exit and walk until you arrive at the main street. Take a right and continue walking until you arrive at Otowa intersection. Take a left at the intersection and the hotel will be to your right.
How do I get to the hotel from Fukuoka Airport?
Take the subway from Fukuoka Airport two stations to Hakata Station. You can also reach the hotel in about 10 minutes by car.
How do I get to the hotel from Tenjin?
Take the subway at Tenjin Station bound to Fukuoka Airport three stations to Hakata Station. You can also reach the hotel in about 13 minutes by car.
How do I get to the hotel from Nakasu?
Take the subway at Nakasukawabata Station bound to Fukuoka Airport two stations to Hakata Station. You can also reach the hotel in about 8 minutes by car.
Does the hotel have parking facilities?

From the hotel, there is a Lawson one minute away by walk on the right and a Family Mart one minute away on the left.

From the hotel, if you cross the main street, there is a Fukuoka Bank.
What credit cards does the Hotel accept?
The Hotel accepts Visa, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Club, MasterCard, Union Pay, MUFG, DC, UFJ, NICOS and UC cards. Visa, JCB and MasterCard tie-up cards can also be used at the Hotel.
Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel prior to my arrival?
Luggage is accepted ONLY on the MORNING of your arrival. When sending luggage to the hotel in advance by a delivery service, please specify your arrival date with your name and date(s) of stay clearly indicated. Please send to the following address:

May I have items that I purchased or ordered delivered directly to the hotel prior to my arrival?
For security reasons, we are unable to receive goods, parcels and packages prior to your check-in at the hotel. Also, please note that we are not able to store your luggage or parcels after your official check-out time.
